1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into with Lingsko LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as tinvoa™ ("tinvoa," "we," "us"). They govern your access to and use of www.tinvoa.co, the wholesale inquiry form, and any direct purchases. By using the site or placing a wholesale order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Purchases made through Amazon are governed primarily by Amazon's terms; tinvoa's product warranty (§4) and safety restrictions (§7) still apply.

2Use of the Website

You may use the website for personal, business, or research purposes provided you do not:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Attempt to interfere with the website's operation, security, or backend systems.
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or harvesting tools without prior written permission.
• Misrepresent yourself, your company, or your purpose when submitting a wholesale inquiry.

3Orders, Pricing & Payment

3.1 Retail orders

Orders on tinvoa.co. Retail products can be purchased directly on tinvoa.co. Payment is processed by Stripe; prices are in U.S. dollars and shipping charges are shown at checkout. An order is accepted when we ship it — if we can't fulfil an order (for example, an item is out of stock), we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Shipping, returns and refunds for these orders are covered by our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Orders on Amazon. Where a tinvoa product is listed on Amazon, pricing, taxes, payment and order acceptance for that purchase are governed by Amazon's terms.

3.2 Wholesale orders

Wholesale orders are bound by a separate quote we provide in writing in response to your inquiry. A wholesale quote becomes a binding order only upon (a) your written acceptance, (b) issuance of a tinvoa pro-forma invoice or contract, and (c) receipt of payment per the agreed terms.

Pricing on tinvoa.co is for reference. Final wholesale pricing is determined at the time of quote and reflects volume, payment terms, and shipping destination. We reserve the right to refuse any wholesale inquiry at our discretion.

4Product Warranty

tinvoa warrants that each product, at the time of shipment, will:

• Conform to the specifications published in its Technical Data Sheet (TDS) at the time of order.
• Be free from manufacturing defects under normal handling and storage conditions.
• Be verified using the IPC J-STD-005A test methods for solder pastes.

The warranty period is 6 months from the manufacturing date printed on the syringe (12 months for the No-Clean Soldering Flux), provided the product is stored at the recommended temperature (2–10°C for solder paste; 10–32°C / 50–90°F for the No-Clean Soldering Flux) in unopened original packaging.

Warranty claims require: (1) photos of the affected product and packaging; (2) the batch/lot number from the syringe; (3) description of the issue; and (4) proof of purchase. Submit claims to [email protected]. Approved claims will be resolved by replacement product or refund, at our discretion.

5Returns & Refunds

5.1 Retail

Returns of orders placed on tinvoa.co follow our Shipping & Returns Policy. Returns of Amazon purchases are processed through Amazon per Amazon's return policy.

5.2 Wholesale

Wholesale orders are non-returnable except in cases of (a) warranty defect (§4), (b) shipping damage with proof, or (c) shipment of incorrect product. Custom-formulated or private-label orders are non-returnable except for warranty defects. Refunds for approved claims are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

6Shipping & Risk of Loss

Wholesale orders ship FCA (Free Carrier) tinvoa's warehouse, Incoterms 2020, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Risk of loss passes to the buyer at the point of carrier hand-off. tinvoa is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or force majeure events.

Leaded solder paste (Sn63/Pb37 and Sn62/Pb36/Ag2) is not regulated as dangerous goods for US DOT ground transport in the quantities we ship; air and ocean classification must be confirmed against Section 14 of the current SDS. Note that Amazon applies a separate FBA Dangerous Goods review to solder paste regardless of transport classification. See our Hazmat Shipping Policy.

7Product Safety & Use Restrictions

tinvoa products contain materials including tin, silver, copper, bismuth, lead (Sn63/Pb37 only), and rosin-based fluxes. By purchasing or using these products, you acknowledge:

• You will read and follow the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) shipped with the product.
• You will use appropriate PPE (nitrile gloves, safety glasses, ventilation/fume extraction).
• You will store products at the temperature specified on the label.
• You will not use leaded products (Sn63/Pb37) in applications subject to RoHS without a valid exemption (Annex III/IV).
• You will not use these products on food-contact surfaces, in toys, jewelry, or other applications where lead or solder residues could harm consumers.
• You are responsible for compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding the use, storage, and disposal of solder paste and flux.

8Intellectual Property

All content on www.tinvoa.co — including text, graphics, logos, product imagery, the tinvoa™ wordmark, and technical documentation — is owned by or licensed to Lingsko LLC and protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may download TDS, SDS, CoC, and similar documentation for your internal use, including sharing with your QA team or end-customers, provided documents are not modified. You may not republish, resell, or use tinvoa's content to promote competing products.

9Disclaimers

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN §4 (PRODUCT WARRANTY), TINVOA PROVIDES THE WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Technical guidance, reflow profiles, and application recommendations on this site are reference information only. Always validate process parameters on your own test board before production use.

10Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TINVOA'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF TINVOA PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TINVOA FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TINVOA BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO USE OF TINVOA PRODUCTS OR THIS WEBSITE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limits on incidental or consequential damages, so the above limits may not apply to you.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold tinvoa harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your use of tinvoa products in violation of applicable law, (c) misuse or off-label use of tinvoa products, or (d) your infringement of any third-party right.

12Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, with the seat in Casper, Wyoming. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters involving intellectual property or confidential information.

You and tinvoa each waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

If you are an EU/UK consumer, mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction may grant you additional rights that supersede the above; these Terms do not limit those rights.

13Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for 30 days. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
