Industrial solder paste used to be hard to buy if you weren't running a full SMT line. Big brands ship in bulk to OEMs. Hobby brands skip the testing. The space between — engineer-quality paste in single-syringe quantities — was a frustration we lived through ourselves.
tinvoa exists to close that gap. We source the same alloys and flux chemistries that contract manufacturers run on production lines, and we specify them to the IPC J-STD-005A test methods. Whether you're prototyping at the bench or ordering 500 syringes for a private-label run, you get the same material, the same documentation, and the same fresh manufacturing date stamped on every syringe.
We started with SAC305 because it's the global lead-free baseline. We added Sn42/Bi58 because LED and flex assembly need a low-temp option. We added Sn63/Pb37 because repair specialists in RoHS-exempt industries still need it. And we added a no-clean rosin flux because every bench eventually needs one.

Every tinvoa product is specified against the IPC standards used by professional contract manufacturers worldwide.
Wetting, slump, viscosity and tackiness are evaluated using the IPC J-STD-005A test methods. A Certificate of Conformance sample is available for wholesale buyers on request.
The manufacturing date is printed on every syringe. No aged inventory, no relabeled stock — six months refrigerated shelf life, with working time of ≥24 hours after the syringe reaches room temperature.
TDS, SDS, RoHS, REACH, CoC, and California Prop 65 labels (where applicable) ship with every wholesale order — no paperwork chase, no "contact sales" gate to get a datasheet.
Defines flux chemistry codes (ROL0, REL0, ROM1, etc.). All tinvoa fluxes are low-activity and halide-free: ROL0 rosin across the line, REL0 resin on Sn62/Pb36/Ag2.
Specifies powder type (T4/T5), viscosity, slump, tackiness and wetting test methods.
Defines acceptable composition ranges for SAC305, Sn42/Bi58, Sn63/Pb37 and other solder alloys.

Alloy, powder type, viscosity range, and reflow profile are stated up front on each product's TDS. We don't hide performance data behind a sales call, and we don't relabel one alloy as another.
Sn63/Pb37 is offered wholesale-only (B2B) with a confirmed business-use intent, ships with a California Prop 65 warning and lead-specific SDS, and is sold only for RoHS-exempt applications. We will not ship leaded paste to California consumers.
Reflow profiles and application notes on our site are reference information — we tell you to validate on your own test board before production, because process windows differ by board and oven.
