Summary

1Shipping Rates

The flat rate covers one shipment per order regardless of how many syringes or jars it contains. Checkout is processed securely by Stripe; you'll receive an email receipt as soon as payment goes through.

2Processing & Delivery

• Processing: orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
• Carrier: USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, chosen by us based on your address.
• Transit: typically 3–7 business days after shipment. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
• Tracking: we email a tracking number to the address you entered at checkout when your order ships.
• Destinations: online orders ship to addresses in the United States only.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; the additional shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.

3Temperature & Storage

Solder paste should be refrigerated (2–10°C) for maximum shelf life. How we pack for longer or hotter transits is described in §7 of our Hazmat Shipping Policy. Please refrigerate solder paste within 24 hours of delivery. The No-Clean Soldering Flux is stored at room temperature and needs no refrigeration.

4Returns

You may return unopened products in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery.

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with a return authorization and the return address. Please don't send items back without one — we can't match unannounced parcels to orders.
3. Ship the item back with a trackable service. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the return is due to our error (see §5).

Opened, used or unsealed solder paste and flux can't be returned, because we can't verify how they were stored or handled once the seal is broken. This doesn't affect your rights for defective product — see §5 and our Product Warranty. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or with the wrong item, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with:

• your order number,
• photos of the product and the packaging, and
• the lot number printed on the syringe or jar.

We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping. You won't need to return a damaged item unless we ask you to.

6Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return (or after we approve a damage claim). Your bank or card issuer may take additional days to post the credit.

7Order Changes & Cancellations

To change or cancel an order, email [email protected] as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update or cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, the return process in §4 applies.

8Wholesale, Leaded & International Orders

• Wholesale orders follow the terms in your written quote and our Terms of Service §5–6.
• Leaded pastes (Sn63/Pb37 and Sn62/Pb36/Ag2) are not sold through online checkout; they're available wholesale only. See our Hazmat Shipping Policy.
• International buyers: please request a quote — we ship worldwide on wholesale orders.
