Troubleshooting
Paste hard to dispense
Paste is too cold. Let the syringe sit at room temperature (20-25°C) for 30-60 min before use. Never heat the syringe.
Solder balls or bridging after reflow
Too much paste applied. Reduce volume, keep pads clean and dry, and verify peak temperature is within range.
Poor wetting / cold joints
Extend soak time or raise peak temperature slightly; ensure pads are free of oxidation.
Paste drying at the needle tip
Clear with a toothpick or replace the tip. Re-cap immediately after every use.

Directions for Use
1
Warm the syringe
Remove from the refrigerator and let it reach room temperature (20-25°C) for at least 4 hours before use. Never microwave or heat directly.
Cold paste condenses, spatters & balls up
2
Prepare the workspace & pads
Ensure good ventilation; wear nitrile gloves and safety glasses. Clean PCB pads with 99% isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and let dry completely.
3
Fit the dispensing tip
Screw the tip onto the syringe outlet. Use 18G-20G tips for standard pads; 22G for denser pads.
4
Apply paste to pads
Apply steady, even pressure to deposit a small amount of paste directly onto each pad — just enough to cover it. Avoid bridging between adjacent pads.
Less is more — start small
5
Place components
Place components with tweezers or a vacuum pen. The paste's tack holds them in position before reflow.
6
Reflow & cool
Use a reflow oven or hot-air station per the profile above. Let assemblies cool naturally; do not move the board before joints fully solidify.
7
Inspect joints
Good joints are shiny with a concave fillet and full wetting. Cold joints look dull or grainy. No-clean residue is non-conductive and non-corrosive and may be left in place.

After use: remove the tip, re-cap tightly and store upright in the refrigerator. Mark the opening date on the syringe; best used within 2 weeks of opening. Do not use past the labeled expiry (EXP).
